I have experience working with all sorts of people, from fitness enthusiasts to people who have never stepped foot in a gym. I specialize in weight loss, strength and muscle growth, and improving functional movement.

personal trainerI’m Franky, I’ve been a personal trainer and sports nutrition coach since 2015. Fitness is my passion now, but nobody, including me, would have called that one when I was growing up. I was always the quiet kid who preferred reading and playing on my Gameboy to sports and outdoorsy stuff. Like a lot of people, I struggled with body image and my relationship with food as a teen. Getting into the gym and working out taught me that my body is stronger than I gave it credit for, and that despite stereotypes, gamers actually make amazing athletes.

Level Up Fitness is my baby. This is my way to combine two things I love; fitness and video games. If you also enjoy one or both of those things, you’ve come to the right place!
